  1. Order Processing

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    During new arrivals or sales, processing may be slightly delayed; we will ship as quickly as possible.

  2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

    Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (select countries only).

  3. Delivery Time (Estimated)


  • Standard International: 7–20 business days
  • Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or unexpected events.

    We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

    We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

    We do not ship to PO boxes or certain restricted regions (checkout will show availability).

  2. Customs & Import Fees

    Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by the destination countryShopify.

    We do not cover these charges. Refusal to pay may result in package return at buyer’s cost.

  3. Lost or Damaged Packages

    Please inspect your package upon delivery.

    For lost, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us with photo proof within 3 days of delivery.

    We will resolve via replacement or refund based on carrier investigation.

  4. Returns & Exchanges

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached to be eligible for return/exchange.

    Sale items are final sale.

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
